Our Week 3 meals focus on fibre and gut support to aid the removal of excess oestrogen. Vegetables like cauliflower, onion and garlic support glutathione production. Glutathione aids the liver's detoxification of excess hormones. We have also packed in lots of fibre-rich plant foods such as whole grains, nuts, seeds and legumes. These will contribute to regular elimination and overall gut health.
